On April 26th 2025, I attended a Stanceland event for the first time, called ‘The Noble.’ A rally entirely dedicated to stanced cars, located near Modena, Italy. It had an amazing atmosphere with equally amazing cars; Japanese, German and Italian, of course.

Even though Italian traffic laws prohibit most extravagant modifications such as extremely-wide body kits, big wings and air suspension, enthusiasts aren’t stopped from displaying their four wheels art works. One such enthusiast is Marco from The Dickers workshop, who unveiled his latest gem: a magnificent Fiat 500.

The story started when Marco, who was just fourteen years old, decided to buy the car; it was just a stock, old Fiat 500, full of rust. His project took shape at the start of 2025 and was completed in just two months: the car was completely restored from rust inside and outside, with a unique body kit made all by Marco himself, NTM wheels, air suspension and a completely new forged engine, going from 600cc to 740cc.

The most incredible part of the build is the interior, remade in alcantara, and the original Fusina Seats were restored in leather. Most of the interior’s pieces, such as the customized gear knob shaped like the car, were designed and made by Marco himself using CNC machines.

As Marco said in an interview during the event, “The idea is simple: if it’s my car, I have to restore it piece by piece all by myself. I need to drive this car because it’s a piece of my heart.”

What I felt when I saw the car in person was a sense of familiarity, as if the cleanliness and attention to detail was inviting the spectator to get behind the wheel; I surely felt all the love and passion that Marco put into his project.

Furthermore, as an Italian myself, I believe that this car is the perfect combination of Italian automotive history and the new world of aesthetic modifications that is slowly pervading Italy.

This project is just a taste of the small, but truly incredible Stance Culture in Italy.
