Every September, the quiet coast of Jadranovo – a small seaside town near Rijeka, Croatia, transforms into something truly unique.

For one weekend, car enthusiasts from all around Europe gather to experience a meet like no other. The event is called Stance Adria, and since its debut in 2018, it has become a must-attend occasion for the European stance and tuning community.

This year marked my first time experiencing it in person, rather than through social media – and it was incredible. The weather was perfect, and the scenery was pure eye candy.

Cars lined up right on the beach, while visitors enjoyed the last warm days of summer – some even swimming in front of the cars. The combination of the ocean, music and the very broad selection of cars creates a truly magical atmosphere.

Throughout the weekend, the surrounding towns transform into a city made entirely of car enthusiasts. Every corner, small street and alley hides another build waiting to be discovered.

But as the sun begins to set, the vibe changes completely. The meet relocates to a gas station about half an hour away, creating a 2Fast 2Furious-like scene. The neon glow of the gas station reflects off hundreds of cars; thousands of people fill the area, and everyone – not only the officially selected cars – gets a chance to display their pride and joy, sharing their story.

No matter where or at what time it is, there’s always someone new to meet and another car to admire. The sense of community and shared passion, which seems to have faded over the last years in Europe, is really one of the main parts that make Stance Adria so special.

If you have the extra time, the surrounding region offers even more to explore. The island of Krk, just across the bridge, has many winding coastal roads and breathtaking photo spots to discover.

Stance Adria is not just another meet – it’s a reminder of why we all fell in love with this stuff in the first place.
